We may transmit certain user-provided media, such as photos and videos, to trusted third-party artificial intelligence (“AI”) processing providers, including FAL.ai and Eachlabs, solely for the purpose of generating the output requested by the user.
This processing is performed securely over an encrypted connection. The media you provide is used exclusively for the requested operation and, according to the information provided by these services, is not stored or retained after processing is completed.
We do not share or sell personal information to these providers for advertising or marketing purposes. The transfer of media to these AI providers is strictly limited to enabling the AI generation features within the app.
By using AI-powered features within the app, you acknowledge that your media may be transmitted to these third-party processors for temporary processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Firebase Analytics may share Data with other Firebase tools, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config, or Notifications. For more details on these tools, please refer to the privacy policy for this Application. This Application uses mobile device identifiers and technologies similar to cookies to operate Firebase Analytics. Users may opt-out of certain Firebase features via their device settings, such as the advertising settings for mobile devices, or by following instructions in the relevant sections of this privacy policy, if available.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the collected Data to track and analyze the use of this Application, generate activity reports, and share them with other Google services. Google may also use the Data to personalize and contextualize ads within its advertising network.

This Application uses a payment service provided by Apple Inc., which allows the Owner to offer the purchase of the app itself or in-app purchases. Personal Data required to complete the purchases is processed by Apple, as outlined in the App Store's privacy policy.

We do not knowingly collect information for use in connection with advertising from California children under the age of 16. If we receive a verifiable notice through store@minddockapps.com that a California minor under the age of 16 has signed up for an advertising-based MINDDOCK TECHNOLOGY, LLC Services account and provided us with personal information, we will take measures to delete it as soon as possible.
